Get moving with Therapeutic and modern and hip hop dance that will provide
exercise while having loads of fun. Silver foot seniors program is designed
specifically for seniors that address all the areas we face as we get older.
The program incorporates conditioning which helps build muscles to help
bones and osteoporosis, Thai Chi that increases balance, agility and DANCE
for cardio workout for the heart while having lots of fun in the process.
Designed specifically for the 65+ crowd.

Hip Hop Students with Attitude
Adult Salsa Dance Lessons 1 ½ hrs

Adult choreographed Salsa / Latin dance aerobics with total body conditioning and Tai chi or ballet bar cool down for added flexibility. No partner need, just be ready to have fun and enjoy good company. Terry McKinnon is well renowned in Seattle with over 35 years in dance and choreography. No need for Striptease, Zumba or Pole dancing. Work all muscle groups and your attitude without taking multiple classes but having all the fun! Ballroom partnering not needed. Release your inhibitions while getting your Salsa on.

Beginning/Intermediate – Adult/Teen Cardio Hip Hop Dance

Schedule: Wednesdays 5:30-7:00
All teen and adult dancers come one come all!
Class starts with some core conditioning then body isolations and flexibility warm up. Followed by dance choreography then a cool down with strength training from time to time. At the beginning of each month we'll start a new routine and each week add more to create an extended sequence of choreography by the end of the month. Good for any age adult or teen. Get ready for a workout with loads of fun.
Hip Hop Students with Attitude
Advanced Hip Hop & Break Dance
Instructor: Terry McKinnon
Class Length: 90 Minutes
Schedule: Wednesdays 7:00-8:30
Come Pop it, Lock it, and Drop it. Wave, Tick and Crank it. Top Rock, Floor Rock, Freeze then Break it. Crump to the beat with Urban Dance. We'll spin
the cuts in this high energy class. Starting off with strong basic skills
then move on though dance training drills. Sounds so sweet you'll keep
coming back for more. People will stop and stare when you hit the floor.
Getting to the end will be fun to see how we put it all together in choreography. Class focus on advanced skill development partnering and
stunting with complex choreography. Good for adults, b-boys, b-girls or advanced hip hop. Class limited to 10. Call in advance for space availability.

General Info:
- Please bring a floor mat for ab work , water, a towel and non street shoes to change into before stepping onto the dance floor
- Routines are Choreographed starting at the beginning of the month. If you are a first time student it would be best to start at that time.
- Classes are combined with Total body conditioning including abs, stretches, strength and cardio.
